The company is the regional sales- and marketing-representative for a number of well-known international companies, such as Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation and Helicopter Support Inc.
The company’s flagship, Berg-Hansen Reisebureau - a major Norwegian travel agency - is internationally affiliated with the prestigious Carlson Wagonlit Travel.
Aircontactgruppen’s air-brokering unit, Aircontact, is also the regional sales- and marketing-representative for a number of leading international airlines.
Aircontactgruppen’s modern offices are conveniently located in central Oslo, while the majority of the Group’s fully- or partly-owned companies have their own offices.
Our current sales-representation activities include marketing the new Sikorsky S-92 helicopter for the future Search And Rescue role in Norway as replacement for today’s aging SeaKing SAR-helicopters (which are also Sikorsky-products, built on license by Westland Helicopters in the UK). Monday March 19th 2012 Berg-Hansen Reisebureau AS was by the organization Great Place to Work elected to Norway's fifth best worksplace among large Norwegian companies.

Sikorsky X2 may change the helicopter industry (2010-11-04)
The prototype of the Sikorsky X2 has set a new record for helicopters by achieving 250 knots speed. Normally helicopters achieve about 150 knots maximum speed over time. X2 technology for helicopters may drastically change the helicopters applications and safety and comfort of todays users. The technology can mean a lot in the future for the offshore industry and search and rescue where the simultaneity of speed and ability to hover is essential.

Sikorsky S-92 selected for the new UK Helicopter Search and Rescue Contract (2010-02-10)
Soteria, a consortium made up of CHC, Thales and the Royal Bank of Scotland, was announced as the bidder of choice in Parliament today, following the launch of the programme in 2006. Soteria will be awarded the contract later in 2010.
